Current Status – Living Well

Over 60 and still going. Not on any medications. Pretty healthy. I don’t do doctors very often.

Changed my eating habits from eating all raw; now eating high fat low carbohydrate. Medical test came out awesome, my blood sugar dropped and I have lost 45 lbs the first four months. Not so much weight loss now, I keep eating wrong foods. Still eating majority high fat low carbohydrate, no sugar.

Growing my garden to get more nutritious and pesticide free food.  I am at the age where I think about my mortality and how much longer I can enjoy living on earth. I am sure many of you in my age group wonder if anyone else has those thoughts. I am here to tell you, yes, we do.

Over forty years of delving into reading all about healthy eating and how food can better your health. I have a lot of knowledge that I have gained over the years. Always finding the newer and better way. Two things you can do to cure your dis-ease; get toxins out of your life (sugar being #1), put good nutrition in your body.

Define good nutrition: Minimum processed, organic, non toxic, no grains, no dairy, no sugar. Eating fresh wholesome vegetables and lots of good fat. Minimum amount of meat. Stay with me and I will teach you what I have learned and maybe share with you good facts.
